Uncertainty quantification tools for multiphase gas-solid flow simulations using MFIX

Objective: The objective of the project is to develop and validate a non-intrusive uncertainty quantification procedure based on the polynomial chaos methodology together with a quadrature-based reconstruction of the multivariate probability density function.
